Down here, we call 'em calf fries.
You'll notice that nowhere in the world are they called what they are. Even the guy who "invented" them knew no one was going to eat the leftovers from making a steer.

LOL! I can't imagine many people would feel as comfortable saying "I'll have the bulls' balls," as they would "gimme the calf fries."
Too funny. I'm sure my hubby & daughter would have no trouble trying those. I'm not so into trying weird things..pretty much seen it all though growing up in Hawaii w/ all the different cultures. :/
